Parameters

name: name of the exam. Use the shortened name, or the most commonly used. If omitted or blank it defaults to the name of the article.
image: image name (abc.jpg, xyz.png, 123.gif, etc.)
caption: text for caption; rendered below image.
website: use main webpage for testing organization, if relevant
nexttestdate: the date of the next exam date. Use the {{Start date}} template.
signupby: last date to sign up for the exam
cost: estimated cost of exam
signupwith: a teacher, if at school, or blank if ordered through the website
preparation: test prep links
location: the location of the test, usually the school, or "Chosen by student" if ACT/SAT.
