My capstone shows how to make brownies from scratch that mimic the brownies you see in stores. I will show my recipe and ingredients and compare them to the ingredients in the store bought brownies. My project is about fire and its effect on humanity. Fire has shaped us since the very beginning, it was the first ever technological advancement that literally sparked everything for us. Fire is even theorized to be the reason we had the ability to evolve into what we are today. (1)

I decided on top of showing how to bake from scratch.I would also compare the ingredients to store bought baked goods which often have a lot more preservatives and additives. I would definitely say things went as planned and the brownies turned out great. (1) ·
I was originally going to talk more about how it affects us in modern day but it's not as interesting as the history and fire sadly isn't used that much in the daily lives of modern people. (1)
